The 2019 Summer Season at the Ponderosa Sun Club has been over the top fun so far and this coming weekend, August 16th through August 18th will add the streak of great weekends of events.
On Friday the Grillin N Chillin Sandwich and Snack Bar will be making all your summer favorites from 5pm to 7pm. Grillin N Chillin is also open for lunch on Saturday & Sundays from Noon to 3pm
At 8pm on Friday we kick off another Ponderosa Pool tournament, Billiards that is, cue and balls to some. The festivities will be held at the Ponderosa Recreation Hall, please sign up for the tourney when you arrive. The Rec hall also has dart boards and video games for your entertainment.
Saturday morning at 10am you can join in on the relaxing and invigorating “Yoga in the Park” session that will be led by your yoga teacher Scarlett. Please bring your mats or a towel to sit on.
At 1pm at the Pool area pavilion come out and be a part of or sign up to play in our very first “Newly Wed Game” hosted by our resident emcee Tony Batman. Couples will be asked fun and interesting questions about their mates to see just how much they know, or remember about each other.
At 6pm an entire block of members at the Ponderosa Sun Club will be throwing their annual Block Party for all to enjoy, if you are a guest of the Ponderosa then you are invited to the Block Party. Food and Games and Fun is the usual outcome.
RV or Tent camping is available at regular prices during this weekends events
